Sodium Bicarbonate

Sodium Bicarbonate is a white crystalline powder that is commonly used in a wide range of applications. It also counters biological growth and, due to its high pH value, maintains the proper alkalinity in water as it’s processed. Chemically, sodium bicarbonate binds with sulfur dioxide to desulphurized flue gas, a process that treats industrial gases before they are released into the atmosphere.
